Join SystemsLink: ELCC & TELCA Awards 2023
After an incredibly successful turnout in 2022, we are excited to announce that we will be attending the Energy Live Consultancy Conference (ELCC) and sponsoring the TELCA Awards again this year.
The ELCC 2023 will take place on the 6th of December at The Etihad Stadium in Manchester, followed by the TELCA Awards in the evening at Stoller Hall.
This year, we will be exhibiting on Stand 2, so if you’re planning to attend and would like to speak to one of our experts, be sure to stop by.
About the Energy Live Consultancy Conference
Organised by Energy Live News, the ELCC focuses on the most pressing issues TPIs are currently facing. Some of the topics the conference will look at this year include energy prices, net-zero, decarbonisation, technology, and the use of data. For the full list, please visit the conference’s official website.
Listen to our Product Director’s insightful talk at the ELCC
Last year, our Head of Solutions, James Morrison spoke at the conference on ‘Lens of a Consultant 2.0 – Future Outlook’, exploring the challenges and possible solutions to help accelerate the transition to net-zero.
This year, our Product Director, Adam De Benedictis, who previously served as the Energy Manager for both Network Rail and Cardiff City Council, will be speaking about ‘The Power of Data – Providing Your Customers What They Don’t Know They Need Yet’. With 13 years of experience under his belt, he will share his personal insight into data-driven decision-making and the benefits it can bring to your customers.
More specifically, Adam will explore the power of super-enriched energy data and delve into the idea that your customers’ wants and needs might be restricted by their limited knowledge of what is possible. Finally, he will conclude with several real-life examples, looking at some of the analytics and business intelligence our company has developed over the last year for our customers.
Energy and technology go hand in hand when it comes to improving efficiency, reducing costs and embracing sustainability. That’s why we believe it’s crucial to explore the power of data at the ELCC 2023, a topic that will only become more prevalent in the years to come.
The Energy Live Consultancy Awards 2023
We are also delighted to announce our continued sponsorship of this year’s Best Customer Service SME Award. Customer service plays an incredibly vital part in the success of a business. In fact, without it, a business would not exist. For this reason, we take great pride in sponsoring this accolade and recognising companies that go above and beyond to achieve customer satisfaction.
In 2022, the award went to Utility Aid. We’re eager to find out who will receive the recognition this year.
Book your free place at the ELCC
If you would like to attend the conference, be sure to register your free place as soon as possible. We look forward to seeing you there!
Remember, on the day of the event, you can visit us at Stand 2 to speak with our experts and discuss your business’ energy and software needs.
A message from our Commercial Director, Alan Fordham:
This will mark the third consecutive year that we will be attending the ELCC and sponsoring the Customer Service Award, and we couldn’t be more thrilled. It’s a testament to Energy Live News for their exceptional event organisation and its consistent success year after year.
Since the last conference, energy costs and consumption have remained one of the most significant challenges for UK businesses. There has also been added pressure from the government, urging companies to reduce emissions and achieve net-zero targets on time.
TPIs will continue to play a significant role in helping other businesses tackle these challenges and supporting them through these testing times. We look forward to seeing you at this year’s ELCC and announcing the winner of the Customer Service Award.
