Leadership
Alan Fordham steps into the role of Managing Director, creating a seamless transition with his deep understanding of our clients. James Morrison takes on the Commercial Director role to drive growth and strengthen client relationships.
Service Delivery
We have bolstered our service function with Kate McCarthy who has joined as Service Delivery Manager, and David Furniss, who has been appointed as Service Delivery Director. This investment means faster and higher-quality service experiences on our Service Desk.
Customer Success
To provide even more proactive support for clients, we welcome Zoe Davies as Customer Success Manager, while Laura Eyles has been promoted to Senior Customer Success Manager.
Development and Technical
Andy Radford is now the Development Team Lead, helping drive innovation, including the use of AI to improve our solutions. We also welcome Paul Thomas, who adds valuable technical expertise.
