BI Team Lead
Location: Remote
Vacancy Type: Permanent/ Full Time
We are looking for a BI Team Lead to join our successful Systems Development team. This role is Homebased.
You will work with key stakeholders to develop dashboards, views and portals that will be incorporated within and throughout our state-of-the art energy management software platform.
Significant energy industry experience – either working for a TPI/consultant or as part of an in-house Energy Management team – is a pre-requisite enabling you to recommend and deliver excellent solutions to industry challenges.
Responsibilities include:
Together with your team of offshore Power BI developers, you will be the custodian of a fast growing Power BI suite operated by hundreds of internal and client users. You are a design facilitator able to drive out business requirements, understand client deliverables and translate this into reports or dashboard products (rapidly).
You will collaborate with stakeholder groups across the internal and external client group to define, deliver and maintain bespoke applications.
Have oversight of the full product lifecycle from conception to product delivery and on-going operation. In this role you will play a leading role in managing customer expectations and facilitating communication between offshore developers and our clients.
You will work with existing framework to explore cost saving and optimisation opportunities regarding performance and scalability of reporting.
Analysis, design and develop in depth industry reports.
Prior experience with Power BI is a must, ideally with experience at an enterprise level.
Your role will be to manage the production of Power BI embedded applications as well as maintaining the existing library of reports and artifacts – ensuring data is ingested from the various sources as necessary.
