November was a busy month here at SystemsLink! We had two weeks on the road to deliver our 2024 Customer Success Roadshows around the UK.
It was such a pleasure to meet so many of our valued customers and hear your feedback on what is most beneficial to you about our software and what we could do to further improve our services.

Key Roadshow Highlights:
- Special guests and customer Q&As: We had the pleasure of hosting customers and partners alike, including NHS Lothian, OnGen Ltd, PCMG Ltd, Entrust Support Services, Notch, Vale of Glamorgan Council and King’s College London.
- Industry Insights: In these sessions we heard valuable feedback on what our customers needed most support with.
- Product Demos: We held interactive product demonstrations to help give our customers a deeper understanding of our services and where to find certain features.
- New Brand Reveal: Last year we launched a brand-new website, changed our logo and colour scheme – let us know what you think!
