SystemsLink Staff Spotlight: Customer Success Manager
Next up in our Staff Spotlight series is someone who we’ve already shined the spotlight on previously. Laura Eyles first joined SystemsLink a few years ago as a Business Development Manager however, her extensive communication skills and rapport with clients has seen her role transition into our Customer Success Manager.
What is a Customer Success Manager, what does it entail and what’s her experience been so far working in the industry?
Here’s her Q&A…
A summary of your main responsibilities
As Customer Success Manager at SystemsLink, I am responsible for managing client portfolios, maximising the value of our products and services, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of our customers.
How long have you worked for SystemsLink?
2 and a half years now.
What inspired you to pursue the career you have today?
I have always enjoyed speaking to people and providing support. I’m also keen on continuous improvement so I enjoy looking for ways to make things better.
What’s the best career lesson you’ve learned so far?
To ask questions and always voice your thoughts and opinions; I think collaborating with your peers brings out the best in you.
What do you like most about your job?
Speaking to customers daily, finding out about their organisation and understanding their roles and how we can support them.
What’s the most exciting thing you’ve worked on at SystemsLink?
Definitely introducing our customer insights webinars- the key focus for these is SystemsLink providing proactive and continuous support to our customers and helping them to achieve their outcomes.
The webinar series has been really successful, and we’ve had great interaction by all attendees.

Working within the energy industry for the last decade has had its challenges. The current climate has put a financial strain on both businesses and households.

A big thank you to Laura for letting us shine the spotlight on her again. We felt it was important to share some insights into her new role, as many of our employees often progress within the team as they develop new skills and aspirations.
