Driving continuous improvement
Already 30-strong and with an average service record of six years, our developers are well-versed in our major products. They also have specialist skills in, for example, API programming, Business Intelligence or database administration.
The developers are supported by a team of 10 testers who demonstrate their expertise in automated regression, manual and performance/volume testing.
Together, the testers and developers divide their time between maintenance, support and new software applications.
The work to improve our software never ends. Our ambition for 2025 is launching our Development Advisory Panel.
The members of this panel largely reflect our clients – we will be working with universities, energy consultancies, health trusts, local government and many others who have volunteered to help us shape our Roadmap for Energy Manager over the coming years.
As we get closer to implementation, our volunteers will also support specification and testing activities.
