So how does it work?
Once you’ve chosen your software it’s time to implement it. And let’s be honest, “implementation” as a word doesn’t give off anything easy or particularly pleasant does it.
But fear not, we take the pain out of implementation; dare we say make it even enjoyable at times! Here’s how:
- First, we’d like to get to know you. Our Implementation Project Managers will want to understand your organisation’s objectives, resource availability and timelines.
- Next, our Data Management group will support the design and migration of data to your new applications.
- One of our experienced trainers will take you through your tailored training programme.
- Once you’re live and happy, it’s time to meet our Service Delivery team for ongoing support with matters such as maintenance.
- From here, we need to make sure your system continues to meet your needs as your organisation grows. This is where you meet our Customer Success team, who helps you to get the most out of your software.
