Commercial Director

SystemsLink will continue supporting the public sector as an approved supplier on the Government Commercial Agency (GCA) G-Cloud 15 framework.

The appointment covers our full suite of software, from energy management and monitoring to invoice validation, sustainability, energy accounting and procurement.

The framework brings our Energy Manager classic and dAIsy software within reach of local authorities, NHS trusts, schools, charities, blue light services and more.

G-Cloud 15 has replaced G-Cloud 14, and SystemsLink has been part of every framework since G-Cloud 13 in November 2022. Our new profile went live in September 2026.

“Public sector organisations face a constant balancing act between rising expectations and finite resources.

“Effective procurement plays a vital role in striking that balance, and frameworks such as G-Cloud 15 make access to the right tools simpler and swifter, helping every pound saved go back into the services people rely on.

“We’re grateful to continue our part in that work.”
Alan Fordham, Managing Director of SystemsLink.

What is the G-Cloud framework?

G-Cloud is a government framework that helps the public sector buy cloud-based computing services such as hosting, software and support.

G-Cloud 15 is an open framework, let under the Procurement Act 2023. Buying this way is typically faster and cheaper than setting up individual procurement contracts.

G-Cloud is run by GCA, formerly Crown Commercial Service, an executive agency of the Cabinet Office.

SystemsLink: powering essential public services

Budgets are tight, resources are stretched, and public sector teams are expected to deliver more than ever.

That’s where SystemsLink comes in. With decades of experience, data security expertise and a place on G-Cloud 15, we support organisations every step of the way.

Confident energy decisions start with accurate data. Our software turns energy data into clear, accessible insight, so teams can see exactly where savings are being made.

From a single site to hundreds of buildings, our software helps teams spot unusual consumption and cut energy wastage, reducing bills in the process.

SystemsLink also supports organisations on the road to net zero, from tracking decarbonisation progress to meeting compliance requirements for government targets.

Two products, one simple pricing model

For both Energy Manager Classic and dAIsy, the main software licence fee is made up of a software fee plus support and maintenance.

The difference is in what’s included. As a cloud-native platform, dAIsy carries no hosting costs and offers accruals and budgets, query management and tenant billing modules from the start.

So while the dAIsy software fee is higher, the price reflects the additional modules and the absence of hosting charges.

How to buy SystemsLink services through G-Cloud

Registered users can find SystemsLink on the GCA Digital Marketplace, listed under Lot 2b Other Software as a Service (SaaS).

Simply sign in, or create an account if you’re new to the platform.

Prefer a different route? As well as G-Cloud, organisations can buy SystemsLink through a direct proposal, a request for quotation (RFQ) or a tender process.

With over 750,000 meter points managed and over 10,000 software users, SystemsLink is ready to support even more organisations to put their energy data to work, set credible carbon goals and prove the difference their efficiency projects make.
