Customer Success

Your success – our success.

Customer Success

At heart, customer success means our clients keep making the most out of their software.

Meet your Customer Success Manager

Our Customer Success team is here to make sure this is exactly what happens. Whether you’re a long-time client or have just gone live, you’ll be assigned a Customer Success Manager.

You usually meet your Customer Success Manager when the original implementation project has been completed. Their job is to stay in touch with you over the long term. You’ll have quarterly meetings, and they will support you when required.

This is your go-to person for advice on new products, finding underused functionality, or when you simply need a listening ear. (They’re very empathetic – about energy woes at least!)
