With a five-phase implementation process, data migration assistance, and long-term support from our dedicated team, we will help you adapt and grow confidently.

Seamless implementation and ongoing support
Let’s face it – considering a new system is daunting. Change is scary! There are so many things to consider. Is this the right fit for us? What happens to our data? Will it all link up?!
Honestly, we get it. This is important stuff; it needs to go without a hitch. And we’re here to make sure it does. In fact, we have a tried-and-tested five-phase Implementation Methodology to make sure everything – from your orientation to going live – is smooth sailing.
Once you’re up and running, we won’t just leave you to fend for yourself either. That’s not what we’re about!
So, what happens if I take the plunge?
- First, we’d like to get to know you. Our Implementation Project Managers will want to understand your organisation’s objectives, resource availability and timelines.
- Let’s get that data going! Our Data Management group will support the design and migration of data to your new applications.
- And you’re live! Happy? Excellent – you will then meet our Service Delivery team for ongoing support with matters such as maintenance.
- This is not a goodbye, though! We need to make sure your system continues to meet your needs as your organisation grows. Meet our Customer Success team, who helps you to get the most out of your software.

Frequently asked questions
Here’s a collection of questions and answers that are commonly asked by customers.
What is Implementation?
Implementation is the process of putting the software into daily use, so it functions effectively and is aligned with customer objectives.
Here at SystemsLink, we have a five-step process for Implementation consisting of Orientation, Preparation, Construction, Delivery and Go Live. Our Implementation Team works closely with clients to ensure a smooth and efficient Implementation process.
What support do you provide in migrating from an existing software provider to SystemsLink?
Our comprehensive Implementation services ensure a smooth transition from your existing provider, with full migration support for your specific requirements.
We support with data transformation, which is the process of discovering, gathering, cleansing and completing the data prior to migration.
How much historical data can be migrated into SystemsLink software?
As part of our comprehensive Implementation services, we ensure a seamless transition from your existing provider. This encompasses full migration support tailored to your needs, including a broad range of historical data.
Is it possible to incorporate and integrate data from additional utilities beyond electricity, gas and water, such as solar, waste and transport?
Most certainly. SystemsLink software enables comprehensive monitoring of transport and energy data, including solar, LPG, waste, oil, solid fuel and biomass, as well as standard utilities like electricity, gas and water.
Can the platform be customised with our own data fields?
Yes. Here at SystemsLink, we can customise many things, from data fields, to reports and dashboards to match your specific requirements and performance indicators to help you pinpoint patterns and trends in your energy and utilities usage.
Can normalisation data be incorporated into reporting, such as floor area or footfall?
SystemsLink software allows you to compare consumption against other metrics for context, such as production figures, footfall or floor area.
This makes it easier to compare different sites and buildings on a like‑for‑like basis, even where sites vary in size or levels of activity.
Do you provide face-to-face support and training?
Indeed. We offer on‑site training and support for customers alongside online support. We also host regular customer‑only SystemsLink Roadshows across the UK each year, with a varied agenda focused on helping clients maximise the value of their software.
