To kick off 2023, we are launching a special competition!
Following COP27, there has been a heightened focus on organisations across all sectors to cut energy wastage and emissions in a global effort to achieve net zero.
We want to reward those who have taken strides to reduce their carbon footprint and become more sustainable.
No matter how big or small your efforts, we want to hear from you. The world is in a state of climate emergency and we can all do our part in helping to save the planet.

Share your Sustainability Successes
SystemsLink is inviting businesses to share their Sustainability Successes to be in for a chance of winning 3 months of free use of one of the following software apps:
How has your business improved its sustainability efforts? What have you done to reduce energy usage and wastage? What steps are you taking to achieve net zero?
Send us your business story and a winner will be chosen at the end of March. Good luck from everyone at SystemsLink!
How to Enter:
Comment on the social post on our LinkedIn channel or simply email sales@systems-link.com with your entry. Only one entry is allowed per business.
The competition is open from 09:00 Monday 23rd January 2023 and will close at 23:59 on Tuesday 28th February 2023.
The winner will be chosen at random and notified before 17:00 Friday 31st March 2023.
Competition Terms & Conditions
SystemsLink – 3 Months Free App – Terms and Conditions Summary
- This special offer is to receive 3 months free usage of one of the following apps – MarketEye, SDGMe, Carbon Intensity, or Instant Insights – as part of the SystemsLink Christmas Countdown Advent Calendar campaign, launching at 09:00 on Monday 23rd January 2023 and running until 23:59 on Tuesday 28th February 2023.
- The special offer applies to 3 months free usage of one app only, to be used in 2023.
- The special offer applies for every entry into the competition to which the business’s sustainability success has been shared.
- SystemsLink cannot be responsible for issues outside of our control.
- SystemsLink will remain impartial and a winner will be chosen at random from all entries.
SystemsLink – 3 Months Free App – Full Terms and Conditions
- The ‘3 Months Free App’ Offer (“the Offer”) is organised by SystemsLink 2000 Ltd, registered under company number 3168771, registered office address: Bedford i-Lab Stannard Way Priory Business Park Bedford MK44 3RZ (“SystemsLink”) and is open to prospective and existing customers (“Client”).
- The Offer runs from 09:00 on Monday 23rd January 2023 until 23:59 on Tuesday 28th February 2023 (“the Offer Period”) and provides that, subject to eligibility and the Offer conditions herein, the client shall be entitled to receive 3 months free app usage in 2023 (“Reward”) in accordance with these terms and conditions.
- In order to become eligible to receive the Reward, the Client must have entered the competition by either commenting on the social post or emailing their entry to sales@systems-link.com.
- Only one Reward can be claimed by the Client per contract and it is for one app only. The reward must be claimed for use in 2023.
- The Client shall only be eligible for the Reward where they have complied with the obligations set out within these terms and conditions.
- SystemsLink reserves the right to determine when to issue the Reward to the Client, within the allotted timeframe.
- No cash alternatives will be offered in place of the Reward and Rewards cannot be changed from the description contained above.
- SystemsLink will use reasonable endeavours to ensure that installation of the Reward occurs within a reasonable timeframe. SystemsLink will not be held responsible or liable for installations delayed due to unforeseen circumstances or otherwise.
- If a Reward is not claimed by the Client within 12 months of taking out the service, the Reward will no longer be available to the Client.
- SystemsLink will distribute the Reward to a UK-based organisation only. It is not possible for SystemsLink to arrange for the Reward to be installed to an overseas address.
- All queries or comments relating to the Offer should be emailed to sales@systems-link.com.
- By accepting this Offer, the Client consents to receiving information from SystemsLink relating to new services, offers and product information by e-mail, SMS or phone. In order to provide certain product material SystemsLink may employ the services of external companies. This would involve SystemsLink supplying personal data to those companies. The Client can unsubscribe from all service/product updates by emailing marketing@systems-link.com. SystemsLink requires notification immediately in order to update records and prevent this from occurring.
- The Offer will only apply at the discretion of SystemsLink.
- The Offer is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under English law. Without prejudice to the foregoing, the Offer is not available to individuals under the age of 18.
- SystemsLink reserves the right to alter, amend, withdraw or foreclose the Offer without prior notice or liability as appropriate. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. Any Client who qualifies for the Offer agrees to indemnify and hold SystemsLink harmless against all actions, claims, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, costs and expenses of whatever nature that may result or which SystemsLink may sustain, suffer or incur as a result of SystemsLink agreeing to provide the Offer to that Client.
- By entering the Offer, the Client will be deemed to have read and understood these terms and conditions and be bound by them.
- The Offer is run in accordance with, and will be governed by, the laws of England.
